Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026.

This policy covers dscrloansgeorgia.com, operated as DSCR Loans Georgia, a brand of Loan Daddy LLC. It describes what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to stop hearing from us.

Quick answer

When you submit the scenario form we collect your name, email, phone, the property details you enter, and the marketing attribution for your visit (campaign parameters, landing page and referring site). We use it to evaluate and place your loan request and to follow up with you. It is stored in and routed through Loan Daddy LLC’s systems and CRM, and shared with wholesale lenders and service providers as needed to evaluate the request. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you by email.

Information you give us

The scenario form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, the property state and type, the loan purpose, an estimated property value, the loan amount you are considering, the occupancy you are representing, and any message you choose to send. We also record your consent to be contacted.

Information we collect automatically

When you arrive from a campaign, we capture the marketing parameters attached to the link — source, medium, campaign, term and content, plus click identifiers from search or social ads — along with the landing page URL and the referring site. The browser stores that first-touch set in session storage so it can travel with a submission you make later in the same browsing session, and it is cleared when the session ends. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site, and the DSCR calculator runs entirely in your browser without sending your inputs anywhere.

How we use it

  • To evaluate your request and determine which lending programs may fit it.
  • To contact you about your request, by email, phone or text, as you consented.
  • To route the request into our systems and CRM so a person can follow up and keep a record.
  • To measure which pages and campaigns produce useful inquiries, in aggregate.
  • To meet legal, licensing and recordkeeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We share your information with wholesale lenders and their service providers when that is necessary to evaluate or place the financing you asked about. We use service providers for hosting, database, CRM and communications functions, and those providers process information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

Text messages, calls and consent

When you submit the form you agree to the following, which is the consent language displayed on the form:

I agree to be contacted by Loan Daddy LLC about my request by email, phone, or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Consent is not a condition of getting a loan, and you can withdraw it at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, reply HELP for assistance, or tell whoever contacts you that you would prefer not to be contacted. Message and data rates may apply to messages you receive.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify them. We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and access is limited to people who need it for the purposes described here. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to stop contacting you. Reply to any email or text you have received from us with that request, and we will action it. In some jurisdictions you have additional rights over personal information, including rights to access, correct or delete it, and we will honour requests that apply to you.

Children

This site is for business-purpose lending to investors. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. The description above matches how the site and our intake actually operate, including the systems your request is routed through.
